My car committed suicide a few days ago, and I got a new one yesterday. The CD player doesn’t work in the new car, but it can have an ipod plugged into it. I kept all my CDs in a carry case in my car, so I’m going to put them all on itunes and then away into their cases and I’ll use an ipod instead. Those cases aren’t sorted in any way, this may take some time. I’ve just calculated that with an average cost of $20, these CDs cost as much as my new car (aka: my life savings … aka: $3000).

Anyone who read his blog knows that a show where you have to be conniving, a little evil and incredibly quick to win a sum of cash is the perfect fucking show for him. NIKIIIII!!!

We have mice in our house, they’re disgusting, but soooo cute! So I got this humane mouse trap, so we can just release them somewhere far away from our house and make them someone else’s problem. It worked! Using Doritos and dog food we caught two adorable little mice!

So we took them and went to the nearby park. We started walking across the grass field and about half way across decided that that was far enough. So we put the trap down in the middle of this expanse of grass, surrounded by trees, and opened it up. The first mouse jumped out and started bouncing in a super fast, super adorable beeline towards the trees, the other mouse followed shortly after, but went in the opposite direction. They were so adorable bouncing along, we watched them running all the way to the trees, aww-ing loudly. Until a kookaburra swooped down and caught the first one, and we shrieked and turned to look at the second mouse, as another kookaburra swooped down and picked him up too.

We unwittingly created a mouse Hunger Games. Except one where no one survives.
